By order dated 13/6/2022, considering the accusations faced by the applicant on the complaint of the complainant, who is daughter-in-law, he was protected and was directed to report to the police station.

The learned APP state that though the applicant has reported, he has failed to surrender his mobile phone. Learned counsel for the applicant, however, submit that the applicant has lost his mobile phone three years back and the transcript of the objectionable chats are already on record. Tilak
