By way of filing this Writ Petition the Petitioner prays for quashing of proceedings initiated against him on the basis of C. R. No.248 of 2014 registered with Pant Nagar Police Station, Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai. The Petitioner has an alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance. In that view of the matter, in case the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, the Petitioner may invoke appropriate remedy as is available in law.
