The application seeks condonation of delay of three years and 106 days in filing the Criminal Appeal. The Applicant is in custody. He had earlier approached the Legal Services Authority requesting for appointment of an Advocate through Legal Aid. Considering these facts and circumstances, delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
