1) At the outset, learned APP on telephonic instructions from Mumbra Police Station, District Thane, submitted that, after completion of investigation, the Police have filed chargesheet in the Court of 3rd Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane, on 1st November 2018 and the said case is numbered as C.R. No.165 of 2018.
2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
