This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.727/2020 registered with Barshi City Police Station, Solapur Rural for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The records indicate that by order dated 04/12/2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. The said interim protection was extended from time to time. Learned APP states that the Applicant has co-operated with the investigation and that upon completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed which is registered as R.C.C.No.67/2022 pending on the file of JMFC, Barshi. 1/2

Considering the above facts and circumstances, interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 04/12/2020, stands confirmed. 4.
