The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants have taken out these Civil Applications for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent no. 8 - Anil Sampat Kadam, respondent no. 16- Vithu @ Vitthal Ananta Kadam, respondent no. 27- Baban Dagadu Jadhav, respondent no. 30-Khashaba Ganpat Jadhav & respondent no. 5- Namdeo Hariba Kadam. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the delay be condoned and the legal heirs of the deceased respondents be brought on record, as the main contesting parties are present. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Applications, delay is condoned. The legal heirs of the deceased respondents, as mentioned above, are to be brought on record. Amendment to that effect is to be carried out forthwith.
