By judgement and order dated 29.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Waduj in Sessions Case No.37 of 2014, the applicant has been convicted u/s 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal No.433 of 2016. In the present application, the applicant has prayed that an advocate be appointed to represent him from the panel of advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee.
