The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the orders dated 10.6.2016 and 29.7.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and has co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that out of total 11-accused persons 10- accused persons have been arrested by the police and have been released on regular bail and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 10.6.2016 is hereby confirmed.
