Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioner has no objection if the applicant is impleaded as a party respondent in the Writ Petition No.3321 of 2017. Statement is accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out by the petitioner in the petition within two weeks from today. Copy of the amended writ petition shall be served upon the newly added party within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. Affidavit in reply shall be filed within two weeks from the date of service of the papers and proceedings and a copy thereof

kvm 2/2 3-CAW1802.17 shall be served upon the original petitioner simultaneously. Rejoinder if any, by the original petitioner shall be filed within one week from the date of service of the affidavit in reply and shall serve a copy thereof upon the newly added party as well as the other respondents. 2.

Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 28th August,2018.
