The Petitioner has challenged the show cause Notice dated 6 June 2022 calling upon the Petitioner to produce the documents in respect of the legality of the structure and threatening to demolish the notice structure. Reply to the said show cause notice dated 06/06/2022 along with documents be submitted within a week from today. We make it clear that unless the decision is taken on the show cause Notice dated 6 June 2022, the notice structure shall not be demolished.
