By this civil application, the applicants seek to bring the legal heirs of Smt.Ranjani @ Ranjana Ganpati Lohar @ Sutar on record who expired on 23rd November,2016 and seeks condonation of delay of 3 months and 5 days in filing the civil application. Mr.Bandiwadekar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the learned advocate representing the respondents has been served. None appeared for the respondents when the matter was called out. No affidavit in reply is filed. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). No order as to costs.
