A bare perusal of pleadings in the Petition indicates that, they are in the nature of defence of the petitioner in Special Case No. 8 of 2016 pending on the file of Trial Court. The Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt/ put-forth his defence in the said trial as may be permissible under the law. 2.

According to us, petition is wholly misconceived and is dismissed in limine.
