This Application is filed by the accused for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by order dated 23rd March 2023.

Learned APP has no objection if the extension is granted. For reasons stated in the application the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which is reproduced below : (a) That this Hon'ble court may be pleased to further extend the time of furnish surety by further extending the period to a period of 6 (six) on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case;
(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to continue the provisional cash bail deposited by the Applicant before the Ld. Trial Court till the furnishing of surety.
