Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this Contempt Petition, petitioner alleges that the respondents failed and neglected to comply the order dated 18.04.2012 passed by Family Court, Thane in Petition No.A-272 of 2011 below Exhibit "6" i.e. payment of maintenance charges.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the respondent complied the order dated 18.4.2012. She further submits that in view of subsequent development she does not want to press the present Contempt Petition. She seeks liberty to withdraw the same.

25 cp333-14.doc At the same time, both the counsel state that their petitions being Petition Nos.A-272 of 2011 and A-209 of 2012 are pending before the Family Court for hearing and final disposal. Hearing of those petitions be expedited.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, following order is passed.

a) Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Contempt Petition. Same is dismissed as withdrawn.

b) Hearing of Petition Nos.A-272 of 2011 and A209 of 2012 pending before the Family Court, Thane is expedited.
