In pursuance of Order dated 04.08.2022, learned APP has filed affidavit of Mr. Shailendra Aute, Assistant Police Inspector attached to B.K.C. Traffic Division, Mumbai, placing on record the fact that, in the present crime i.e. C.R. No. 112/2015 dated 16.04.2015 registered with Indapur Police Station, District Pune, the Investigating Agency has filed "B-Summary Report" in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Indapur on 19.03.2019.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of F.I.R. does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
