Mr. Bandiwadekar fairly states that despite categorical order passed on the earlier occasion, the petitioner though attempted to be intimated about the pendency of this petition, has not bothered to contact the Advocate. Mr. Bandiwadekar tried even after 20-6-2018 to communicate with the petitioner and obtain instructions as to whether she is interested in proceeding with the petition. We do not intend to keep such a petition pending. However, in the light of the subsequent developments and because the petitioner is not responding, we have no alternative but to dismiss this petition. It is dismissed for want of prosecution.
