The petition is filed challenging the order dated 5 May 2012 granting approval to Respondent Nos.5 to 8 who are working with Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the educational institute. 2.

None appears for the Petitioner. There is no interim order in this petition. We are informed that the Petitioner is no longer in service of the Respondent- Institution. That being the

skn 2 22-WP-5816.2012.doc position, the Petitioner cannot be affected by grant of approval to Respondent Nos.5 to 8. Therefore, the challenge raised in this petition is academic.
