Some of the petitioners are present personally in this court. The petitioner no. 1, who is also present along with some others, specifically makes a statement that theirs grievances no longer survive and, therefore, he along with other petitioners have instructed Mr. Upadhyay, not to proceed with this matter. 2] In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
