As the prayer in Criminal Application No. 693 of 2016 is the same as that in Criminal Application No. 593 of 2016 and both the Applications are made by the same applicant, hence, we are taking Criminal Application No. 693 of 2016 on board and it is being heard along with Criminal Application no. 593 of 2016.

The applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal No. 243 of 2013. The prayer of the applicant in his Application is that he wants to argue his Appeal in person and, therefore, he has prayed that direction be issued to produce him in the Court so that he can argue his Appeal. 1 / 2

It is to be seen that the Appeal preferred by the applicant is of the year 2013 and at present, we are hearing appeals of the year 2009. Hence, we issue directions that as and when the Appeal reaches for hearing, the applicant be produced in the Court. 4.
