This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. Learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to file an application on medical ground only since the earlier application was withdrawn before the Hon'ble Shri Justice T.V. Nalawade on 18/8/2017 only after the Court had shown inclination to reject the application. As on today, there is no change in the circumstances. Hence, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
