Mrs. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions from Special Public Prosecutor MCOCA Thane submitted that, the MCOC Case No. 13 of 2012 wherein, the Petitioner is an accused has progressed and as of today the prosecution has examined 10 witnesses. That, the next date of hearing now scheduled by trial Court was on 20th January 2023. 2.
