Learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these applications. He submits that during the pendency of these applications, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicants intend to approach the trial Court by filing applications after filing of the charge-sheet. 3.

Accordingly, the applications are disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
