2 / 2 48-WP-3464-2021.doc to pay the overtime wages to 59 Petitioners that is due and payable since the year 2017-18 and for that purpose the proposal for amount of Rs.1,13,28,317/- has been forwarded to the Government for the funds. The amount of Rs. 1,13,28,317/- would be disbursed to the 59 Security Guards and Supervisors. 2.

In view of the same, the purpose of the petition has been served. The Respondent may make the payment to the 59 Petitioners of Rs. 1,13,28,317/- expeditiously. 3.

If there is some dispute with regard to the quantum of the amount, the Petitioner may agitate with the Respondent. With the aforesaid observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, Interim Applications stand disposed of.
