The learned counsel for the AppellantInsurance Company apprehends the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 26th September, 2013 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1922 of 2007. Therefore, he requested for stay. The stay is hereby granted to Vishal 1 of 2

prod-2-caf-113-2016.doc the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 26th September, 2013 pending Appeal subject to the Insurance Company to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon within six weeks. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the stay granted will be vacated forthwith and the original claimant will be at liberty to take executive proceeding against the Appellant.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court is to be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai.

In view of this, stay application No. 114 of 2016 is disposed of.
