Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant, who is aged 70 years seeks fixing date of early hearing of his Appeal which is pending since 2003.

For the reasons set out in the Application and considering the fact that the Applicant is a Senior Citizen, the Application is allowed and the aforesaid Appeal be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 8th August, 2016 in the category of Appeals, where the accused are on bail.
