This is an application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.4.2016. The Hon'ble Court Justice A.S.Gadkari had observed that none appeared for the petitioner on the earlier occasion. On 21.3.2016, the petitioner was granted last opportunity to carry out the amendment. Amendment was not carried out and none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

In fact, in this matter, notice was issued on 13.11.2014. The
Mhi 2 APPW-248-16.sxw learned counsel had sought an adjournment on 7.1.2016 as well as on 14.1.2016 and the matter was posted on 4.2.2016. None appeared for the petitioner on 4.2.2016. hence, the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 7.3.2016. On 7.3.2016 it was submitted before the Court that the learned counsel would furnish typed copies of illegible documents. Hence, the matter was adjourned for 2 weeks. On 21.3.2016, the documents were not annexed. Hence, the matter was dismissed on 15.4.2016. In the present application, no reasons are assigned for not complying with the office objections except the Roznama of the writ petition. There is no reason assigned. The application seeking restoration stands dismissed with further liberty to file fresh application seeking restoration.
