This application is filed with a limited prayer for directions to learned 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, J.D. and J.M.F.C., Panvel, District Raigad, to dispose of the complaint bearing C.C.No.500575/SS/2017, within a period of two months. 2.

Considering these submissions, learned Trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial and dispose of the complaint within a period of three months from today. Any party including the accused can have no objection for expeditious disposal of the trial. 4.

If either of the parties is deliberately delaying the conclusion of the trial, the trial Court is sufficiently empowered to take appropriate steps.
