By Judgment & Order dated 15.5.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sewree, Mumbai in Sessions Case No. 849 of 2007, the petitioner was convicted jfoanz vkacsjdj 1 of 2

4. CRI WP 2226-14.doc under Sections 302 and 449 read with 34 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred Criminal Appeal No. 582 of 2011. This Court, by Judgment & Order dated 19.12.2014 acquitted the petitioner of all the offences. Pursuant to the said Judgment & Order of acquittal, the petitioner has been released from prison on 22.12.2014. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is infructuous, hence, rule is discharged.
