By this civil application, the applicants prays for recall of the order dated 29th October 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl-II) dismissing the first appeal as well as the civil application for not removing the office objection.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that office objection could not be removed for the reasons recorded in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application. The reasons recorded therein are accepted.

Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within four weeks from today. If all office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order dated 29th October 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl-II) to stand restored without further reference to the Court.
