Present matter is taken on circulation today. However, the present application for delay condonation already stood dismissed by self operative order dated 25th August 2014. That time directions were given to the learned counsel for the applicant to furnish spare copies within 2 weeks and upon failure the matter was directed to stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 15th September 2014. Office note of 10th November 2014 show that advocate for applicant has not supplied spare copy hence notice not issued.
