Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned APP.

The applicant is seeking permission to travel to Italy for attending Trade Fairs and Conventions from 26th June, 2016 to 2nd July, 2016. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant vide order dated 3rd February, 2014 had directed that the applicant shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court. It is seen that in the past the 1/2

2p) APPP423-16 applicant was permitted to travel abroad and he came back without committing breach of terms and conditions imposed in the bail application.

Hence the order :- (i) The application for permission to travel from 26th June, to 2016 to 2nd July, 2016 is allowed;

(ii) The applicant shall furnish his mobile number and address of the place where he intends to reside during this stay at Italy to the concerned Court;

(iii) On his return, the applicant should intimate and inform the concerned Court as well as the concerned police station;

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
