Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 3 days in filing the second appeal. No affidavitin-reply is filed by the respondent. 2.

A perusal of the civil application indicates that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay of 3 days in filing the second appeal. I am not convinced by the learned counsel for the respondent that the delay is not satisfactorily explained.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b). Delay of 3 days in filing the second appeal is condoned. The applicant is directed to remove all other office objections, if any, within two weeks from today. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
