The learned advocate submits that the Petitioner has filled in auction bid form. The bid of the Petitioner is not yet considered. 3.

The Petitioner can challenge the orders and/or file proceedings before the Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). 4.

In light of that we are not inclined to consider the present matter on merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to adopt alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. In that event all contentions are kept open. No costs.
