ORDER:- We are informed that there is a representation of the Petitioner, which is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur- Respondent No.4, which is as regards to the date of birth of the Petitioner, which so far, has not been decided. In the circumstances, we direct the Petitioner to file appropriate documents within two weeks from today with Respondent No.4 and Respondent No. 4 to decide the said representation of the Petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 6 weeks thereafter.
