1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr.Santosh Sankle, Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, in the present case after completion of investigation the police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court, Borivli, Mumbai on 31st October 2015 i.e. prior to passing of Order dated 6th October 2016 herein.

2) As the police have already submitted chargesheet, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.

3) By reserving the alternate remedy in favour of the Petitioner, Petition is disposed off.
