By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking stay of the operation and implementation of the order dated 29.04.2017 passed by learned District Judge, Raigad at Alibag in Regular Civil Appeal No.6 of 2010.

Considering the fact that interim relief was granted in 2017 and same is in force till today, same to continue till the hearing and final disposal of the Appeal from Order.
