The order dated 2nd March, 2017 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Satara thereby granting pardon to to Accused No.2 - Jyoti Pandurang Mandhare, Accused No.1 present Applicant has challenged the legality of the order. 2.

This Court on 24th January, 2020 was pleased to observe that pendency of this Revision Application will not be construed as a stay to the proceedings of Sessions Case. 3.

Today, it is submitted that the trial has started before the Satara Court. Learned Advocate submitted that now he does not want to press for this Revision Application. He made this submission on the basis of instructions given by his senior Mr.Purwant.
