The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16th April, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai. It is submitted that the respondent No.1 is creating nuisance while implementing the order dated 16th April, 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner had preferred an application before the trial Court for recalling aforesaid order, on 29th December, 2017. However, the said application is not yet decided, it is therefore prayed that the trial Court be directed to decide the said application as early as possible.

Considering the submissions advanced by the counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to decide the application preferred by the petitioner seeking recalling of order dated 16th April, 2016 passed by the trial Court below Exhs. 14 and 18, within four weeks from today.
