Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel appears for one of the appellants, namely, Shri Raju Hari Bile, who is present in Court. The identity of Shri Raju Hari Bile is verified by the Court Sheristedar and confirmed. The learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that the appellant - Raju Hari Bile has instructed him that the parties have settled the matter in Lok Adalat at Malshiras Court. In view of this, he submits that the appellants want to withdraw the appeal.

Appeal is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
