Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 155 of 2023 registered with Shahapur Police Station, Thane (Rural) for offences punishable under Sections 324, 341, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Charge under Section 326 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 came to be added, subsequently.

By an order dated 17th May 2023, this Court had granted interim protection.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicants appeared before the Investigating Offcer in terms of the direction in the interim order dated 17th May 2023 and co-operated with the investigating.

In view of the above and having regard to the nature of accusation, the order of interim bail dated 17th May 2023 deserves to be made absolute.

Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The order of interim bail dated 17th May 2023, is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

(ii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court. (iii) Application stands disposed.
