This is an Application for transit anticipatory bail for a temporary period to move the competent Court. The Applicants are concerned with a company namely Prabhat Dairy Limited. The Applicants had received a notice issued by the Investigating Officer attached to Janakpuri police station, Delhi West. In the said notice, it is mentioned that an offence of cheating has been registered against the Applicants at the instance of M/s SNUP Fresh Milk and Dairy Products Pvt.Ltd.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that he requires six weeks time to approach the competent Court. He submitted that the Complaint appears to be for the offence of cheating as reflected in the notice. He submitted that there was a commercial

transaction with the complainant.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to grant protection to the Applicants for a period of four weeks so that the Applicants can move the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.

In the event of the arrest of the Applicants in connection with L.C.No.615/SHO/Janak Puri registered with Janak Puri police station, District West Delhi the Applicants may be released on bail on their executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

This protection is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 7.
