This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenges the following orders:- a) the prohibitory order dated 20th March, 2010 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax (Investigation), Thane;

Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.10.06 13:46:21 +0530 and b) the orders of attachment dated 20th November, 2010 and 16th July, 2013 passed by the Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax - VAT (Admn.), Thane.

The impugned orders have been passed under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002.

Mr. Sonpal, the learned Special counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that all the three orders impugned in this Petition have been withdrawn. 4.

In view of the above, Mr. Talekar, the learned counsel appearing in support of the Petition withdraws this Petition keeping all other rights and contentions, as available in law open. 5.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
