1] Mr. Limaye, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, he tried to contact the petitioner by addressing letters at the last known address mentioned in the cause title of the petition, however, the said letters have been returned with postal remark "premises left". He expressed his inability to proceed with the matter. 2] In view thereof, it appears that, the petitioner is no more interested in perusing the present petition.

3] Dismissed for non-prosecution.
