The learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered an undertaking of the petitioner No.4, a partner of the petitioner- firm. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the said undertaking is given on behalf of all the partners of the petitioner petitioner- firm. 3.

In view of the undertaking, there is no reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, we pass the following order: (i) The undertaking of Shri Raman Anilkumar Gulati is taken on record and marked as "U-1" for identification.

SKN 2/2 6367.18-wp The undertakings given therein are accepted as undertakings of the petitioner-firm and all its partners; (ii) In view of the undertaking given by the petitioners, we direct the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to dispose of the application made by the petitioners, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of one month from today;

(iii) Petition is disposed of accordingly.
