Learned Special PP states that since the crime is also registered for the ofences punishable under Sections 3(1)(g) (r) (s), 3(2) (v) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (SCST) Act, the Applicant is required to fle an appeal before the Division Bench in terms of Section 20 of the SCST Act.

2. Learned Special PP further submits that copy of the application has not been furnished. The Applicant to furnish the copy and to take necessary steps for fling the appeal, if necessary.

Since none present for the Applicant, stand over to 9 December 2012."
