Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

By this application, learned Counsel for the applicants seek extension of time to deposit an amount of Rs.10 lakhs in the Registry of this Court, as directed by this Court vide order dated 5th April, 2017. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has today brought a demand draft of Rs.2,90,000/- drawn in the name of the Registrar, High Court. He states that the applicants will deposit the balance amount of Rs.7,10,000/- within four weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

Accordingly the applicants to deposit the demand draft of Rs.2,90,000/- in the Registry of this Court by tomorrow i.e. 21st June, 2017. As far as balance amount of Rs.7,10,000/- is concerned, the applicants shall deposit the said amount, within four weeks from today.

The Application is accordingly allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks to deposit the balance amount of Rs.7,10,000/-. 6.
