Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP.

The Petition is filed for quashing of Regular Criminal Case No.153 of 2016 pending on the file of the JMFC-2, Sinnar, Nasik. 3.

We have gone through the charge sheet and especially copy of the FIR. The same discloses that the Petitioner harassed the Respondent No.2.insisting that the Respondent no.2 should bring amounts from her parents. Initially, the Respondent no.2 and her 1/2

RNG 8-wp2161.17.odt parents paid an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the Petitioners. However, they insisted that the Respondent no.2 bring an amount of Rs.50,000/-. Since the Respondent no.2 failed to bring the amount, the Petitioners have driven out the Respondent no.2 wife from the matrimonial house. Allegations prima facie does disclose commission of cognisable offence. We are therefore, not inclined to entertain this Petition in our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and under section 482 of Cr.P.C.

We accordingly, dismiss the Petition.
