This is an application for bail filed before filing of charge sheet. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant, at this stage, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail after conclusion of the investigation i.e. after police submits final report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court.
