"(a1) The Honorable Court be pleased to permit the applicant to go Cyprus from September to November 2015 and to go Sydney from December 2015 to March 2016."

On the condition that even if the passport of the applicant is renewed on the basis of this permission, the applicant shall not actually depart from India, without making a proper application to this court, giving his travel itinerary and other relevant travel details.
