The grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposal given for the grant of additional division for relevant standard is not yet decided though the same is forwarded to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 5. 2.

It appears that the Respondent No. 5 has forwarded the said proposal to the Respondent No. 4. The Respondent No. 4, thereafter, as per the procedure has to forward it to the Higher Authority. Eventually the same has to be decided by the Respondent No. 1. 3.

In light of that, if the proposal is pending with Respondent No. 4 (page 37), then the Respondent No. 4 shall process the said proposal SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2022.07.06 11:41:59 +0530 Seema 1/2

Respondent No. 4 shall thereafter, forward it to the Director of Education and in turn, same to the Respondent No. 1. The proposal shall be decided on its own merits by the Appropriate authority, preferably within six months.
